Doesn’t everyone agree that après really is the best part of skiing? Warm fire, tired legs, a tall glass of something – and a hearty meal to replenish all those expended calories. Join us tonight and enjoy a beautiful menu that’s perfect for recreating at the chalet – or, of course, just at home. Join Chef Anna as she leads you through this delicious menu:

French onion soup with caramelized onions, beef broth, and toasted gruyere on crusty French bread

Classic cheese fondue made with white wine, emmental, and sharp cheddar served with rosemary focaccia, broccoli florets, and prosciutto wrapped pears

Braised chicken cacciatore with roasted red peppers, white wine and cherry tomato sauce with loads of herbs served on soft polenta

Maple baked “pudding chômeur” with vanilla bean ice cream
