Food vendors have been producing one or a few of the same dishes day-after-day, year-after-year, perfecting their offering. Lucky for you, Chef Tara has rounded up her own offering to share and you’ll even learn how to recreate these amazing dishes back in your own kitchen. Join us in making:

Cauliflower samosas with tamarind chutney

Sri Lankan vegetable rolls with caramelized onion chutney

Green papaya salad

Thai chicken satays with pineapple chutney

Indonesian fried noodles (mee goreng)

and, for dessert, sweet spring rolls with coconut caramel sauce and tropical fruit
