Whether you’re a budding bread baker or have been at it for a while, you’re sure to learn loads as we explore bread baking theory and techniques with Chef Jessica from Bread by Us. This class is lecture-based with hands-on examples in subjects that concentrate on sourdough, baking with sourdough/wild yeast culture, and making versatile flatbread for pizza. By the end of class, you’ll gain the confidence and necessary know-how to create your own breads in your personal kitchen. Plus you’ll take home a sour dough starter, fresh baked loaf and a flatbread. We will break mid-day for a multi course lunch and a glass of wine!
