Clean and Green, hands on cooking class, Chef Anna March

As local produce becomes available, there’s plenty of inspiration to fill-up on fresh, green goodness. And while delicious simply raw and stand-alone, Chef Anna March offers great ways to up the ante on taste and make a meal out of it, creating a menu brimming with fresh, seasonal flavour and goodness. We’ll make:

Green goddess avocado dip with crunchy local green vegetables- snap peas, peppers, green beans, and broccoli;

Cool cucumber soup, with toasted baguette, dill, tarragon, parsley, lemon and Greek yogurt

Arugula pesto with potato gnocchi, roasted green zucchini, toasted pine nuts and creme fraiche

Seared scallop with scallion and cilantro emulsion and crispy corn tortilla

Key lime pie with graham crust and nutmeg whip
