Expand your knowledge (and your menu options) as we cover the essentials on all things fin fish. You’ll learn about the most common types of fish eaten, tips on how to select the fish you buy and of course, the best and most delicious ways to prepare it. Join Chef Anna in creating:

Lightly marinated tartar with bok-choi and cucumber salad, pickled shallots, cream cheese foam, salmon roe and Yukon gold potatoes chips

Pan seared filet with caramelized fennel, brown butter and lemon risotto

Hot smoked filet with a citrus cure

Breaded fish cakes with dill, scallion, pickled green bean slaw and herb crème fraiche

Warm lemon and buttermilk flan with fresh berries
