This class is for anyone looking for more ideas and techniques when it comes to a perfectly prepared poultry dish. From deboning and cooking a whole chicken, to stock-making, and exploring inspiring sides, sauces and spices, Chef Devin will lead us through the ins and outs of poultry with several different preparations. Today’s menu features:

Parmesan baked chicken wings with roasted garlic ranch dip

Seared chicken breast with muhammara sauce and tahini kale chips

Prosciutto wrapped chicken thighs with salsa verde and roasted cauliflower with za’atar spice and crispy chicken skin

Sweet schmaltz biscuits and strawberry rhubarb jam with chantilly cream
