Seafood Grilling, hands on cooking class, Chef Anna March

Most of us happily turn to the grill over the summer months, and while everyone loves a good burger or steak, why not switch things up with seafood? Grilling is perfect for preparing a wide-selection of seafood dishes and while this menu is just right to add to the weekly rotation, it’s also sure to wow for a night of outdoor entertaining. Together with Chef Anna March we’ll be making:

Charred corn bisque, Grilled shrimp skewers and chili infused oil

Grilled albacore tuna and squid with roasted red pepper romesco sauce, cast iron roasted olives, baby arugula, charred tomato and balsamic dressing and grilled baguette

Sake marinated salmon cooked on cedar planks, and baby bok choi slaw with miso and sesame dressing

Lemon and lavender pound cake with macerated blueberries and frozen lemon curd
