Taking shellfish to the next level! A hands-on class that will bump your know-how from basic to masterclass as you shuck and prep your way through to the end – a delicious menu sampling all the greatness the sea has to offer. Chef Anna March is at helm with a shuck-your-own demo and helpful tips and tricks throughout, leaving you more than ready to try this out at home. We’ll be enjoying:

an East coast oyster bar with mignonette, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, limes and fresh grated horseradish

Lobster rolls on toasted brioche buns with butter lettuce, pickled shallots and green goddess

Seafood chowder with dill seed, steamed mussels and clams, roasted celeriac and Yukon gold potatoes

Court bouillon and Fish fumet

Lemon curd ice cream and torched meringue
