It’s time to enjoy the vine-ripe freshness of heirloom tomatoes, satisfying crunch of cucumbers and corn, and bright peppery taste of freshly plucked basil. Garden patch brimming with goodness and in need of some new meal ideas? We’ve got you. Chef Anna March has curated a menu of delicious dishes shining a spotlight on all the summer harvest has to offer. Join us for a lovely evening as we make:

Heirloom tomato salad, with basil goddess dressing, pickled red onions, and crisp olive bread

Seared albacore tuna Tataki with Thai melon and cucumber salad, Thai chilies, lime, fish sauce and chopped cashews, mint, Thai basil and scallions

Grilled chicken breast with spicy chimichurri, yams with honey, chilies and lime, grilled corn and charred scallion crème fraiche

Roasted stone fruit macerated in makers mark bourbon, served with whipped and toasted sabayon and hazelnut praline
