Spring Harvest, hands on cooking class, Chef Anna March

Temperatures on the rise have us thinking about foods that are lighter and more refreshing to our early summer senses. Chef Anna leads us through a delightfully uplifting menu with the use of locally-sourced ingredients. Tonight, we’ll prepare:

Local sweet and spicy radishes with whipped cultured butter and fleur de sel

Warm asparagus, soft poached egg, soft herb and citrus bearnaise and crunchy baguette

Pan seared trout with pickled wild garlic beurre blanc sauce, sweet peas, fiddle heads and wilted baby spinach

Strawberry rhubarb tarts, sweet tart dough, vanilla bean pastry cream and almond streusel
