Whole Food Favorites, hands on cooking class, Chef Tanya Skeates

Try as we might, it can be hard to keep a healthy lifestyle on track. We know it’s important but it’s not always easy; coming up with new and exciting meals can be tough! We’ve got your back. Tonight’s class will set you up for success and provide you with loads of info and inspo from Chef and registered holistic nutritionist, Tanya Skeates.  We’ll chat about the Whole30 diet and prepare some exciting whole food dishes that are sure to become new favourites. Our usual wine pairing will be offered, or if you prefer, local fresh juice or kombucha as an alternative. We’ll be making:

Roasted acorn squash, hazelnut and spinach salad

Carrot soup with dukkah

Chipotle pulled pork lettuce cups with avocado

Crispy chicken with artichokes, lemon, beets and olives
