Take Chinese food, give it an Indian twist, and you have: Indian hakka food. Popular at Indian pubs and urban takeout food counters alike, these delicious spicy dishes come together quickly. Chef Tara Rajan has chosen a selection of favourite vegetarian Hakka recipes, for you to enjoy this evening. Guests will enjoy a hot and sour soup to begin (prepared by Chef Tara) and move onto making: Hakka chili paste (with extra to take home!), spicy Hakka noodles with egg, and Sichuan eggplant, and will be served with a carrot and daikon salad. We will end the night on a sweet note with a rotating dessert from the Corner Peach kitchen. Please note the cost is per person.
