Ah, laksa. This rich, multi-layered, warming southeast Asian soup is a meal in itself, with a creamy coconut broth, noodles, protein, fresh vegetable garnishes and herbs. Tonight we’ll prepare a classic curry laksa starting with our own laksa paste and spicy shrimp balls. We’ll start with sweet, spicy rojak salad, prepared by Chef Tara. To finish, we’ll enjoy a Corner Peach rotating dessert. This menu contains shellfish, eggs and gluten, and the dessert may contain dairy products.
