Thai red curries are a perennial favourite with UE cooking classes, and for good reason. The complex combination of chilies, lemongrass, coconut milk and other Thai ingredients is irresistible! In tonight’s class, Chef Tara will offer a slightly different take on red curry. We’ll make our red curry paste and use it for a stir-fried noodle dish with tofu. We’ll pair the noodles with a mixed vegetable salad tossed with an exotic tamarind-chili vinaigrette.  The evening will start with an amuse prepared by Chef Tara: Thai corn fritters with a sweet chili dipping sauce, and we’ll end the evening with an Urban Element dessert inspired by our Thai-inspired class theme. Dietary considerations: this vegetarian menu contains soy and egg.
