We’ll use the bounty of summer’s local harvest and marry it with the flavours of middle east to prepare a variety of chef Tara’s favourite light dishes. One group of guests will make crispy lentil falafels, quick pickled turnips, and a preserved lemon-labneh sauce. Another group will make herbed bulgur and grilled vegetable salad and a lemon sumac vinaigrette, with a roasted eggplant and tahini dip. Guests will enjoy a starter of green chili fava bean dip with zaatar seasoned pita chips, prepared by Chef Tara, and end the night on a sweet note with a dessert prepared by Corner Peach.
