Tonight, we’ll enjoy the spicy, smoky, savoury flavours of Sri Lanka. We’ll use Chef Tara’s house-made roasted curry powder to prepare a pork curry with tamarind and coconut and serve it with steamed Sri Lankan red rice and a tomato-onion sambol (salad). We will begin the evening with vegetable rolls with onion-tamarind chutney prepared by Chef Tara and we will end the night on a sweet note with a rotating dessert from the Corner Peach kitchen. Dietary considerations: this menu contains gluten, fish and pork. The dessert may contain egg, gluten and dairy.
