LIVE - Online Cooking Class with Chef Kass Pietropaolo: Mushroom Pot Pie (Tuesday, November 17, 6:00-7:30pm)

You may not want to admit it but winter is just around the corner.  Warm, hearty dishes are on everyone’s are essential as we begin to hunker down and stay put. We’ve rounded up a bunch of vegetarian-friendly dishes that are sure to be your new favourites. Join Chef Kass online and ditch your tired old recipes for some new and exciting options - perfect to tuck into as we all continue to do our part and stay home. Together we’ll be making:

mushroom pot pie with brown butter root vegetables | homemade pie dough | mushroom filling in herby bechamel sauce | roasted root vegetable w/ lemon brown butter

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: butternut squash soup w/ roasted cranberries, spiced pepitas and delicata squash chips (Veg), $15

OPTIONAL DESSERT ADD-ON: Caramelized apple choux pastry w/ spiced whipped cream (Veg/NF)serves 2 w/ 2 servings option ($16); serves 4 w/ 4 servings option ($32)
