With big box restaurants all having offered up their own version of something “Tuscan”, it’s easy to see why North American's interpretation of this regional Italian cuisine is as wonky as it gets.  Tonight, take time to master the real specialties of Tuscany with Chef Kass. On this night the class menu includes:

Warm Fall Panzanella with warm pancetta, rosemary dressing and parmesan frico | pan fried brussel sprouts | roasted squash | white beans | grilled focaccia

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Antipasto board w/meats, cheese, roasted peppers, pickled eggplant & olives. NF ($15)
