Fennel Meatballs (Friday, September 18, 6:00-7:30pm)
A family favourite with a modern twist – the savoury and bright flavour of fennel provides an unexpected but delicious take on this Italian recipe. A great class to get little hands involved – as well as the whole family – cooking techniques will focus on portioning and forming meatballs (to ensure a juicy outcome), and using heat to roast and broil. Note that the marinara sauce is supplied pre-made for all participants.
