LIVE - Online Cooking Class with Chef Kassandra Pietropaolo: UE KIDS-Hot N'Cold! (Thursday, August 12, 3:00-5:00pm)
We are happy to announce the launch our UE Kids Cooking Club! If you have a budding chef at home, this series is for you. In this third installment geared for 12 to 15 year olds, we will turn our focus back to everyone’s favourite, baking! Chef Kass will turn up the heat and cool things down with these perfect treats for summer;
Ontario Stone Fruit Cobbler with Maple Whipped Cream (8-12 portions)
Frozen Yoghurt and Berry Pops (6 pcs)
This menu contains gluten, eggs, dairy and is nut free
For this class participants will need the following equipment
- 13x9 pyrex, baking dish, or similar.
- Ideally a handheld mixer (but could all be done my hand)
- We supply tools for pops!
OPTIONAL ADD-ON MEAL | Add on meals are served in multiple portions of 2 ($38.00): To make your evening complete, Chef Kass has included the option to add on your dinner. She will be cooking up this comfort food classic:
Vegetarian Chili with Against the Grain Tortillas Chips and all the fixings (sour cream, cheese, green onions)
This meal is vegetarian, contains dairy but is gluten and nut free
