There’s nothing like a good curry on a cold night – ok, any night – to warm your insides and offer up a punch of flavour that leaves you longing for leftovers. In this class, Chef Tara is going to focus on making your own curry paste. By learning to make your own paste it will open up endless meal opportunities. We will prepare our own vegetarian red curry paste and use it to make:
Curried rice noodles with tofu and spicy cucumber-peanut salad
This menu contains egg, soy, and peanuts. It does not contain gluten, meat, or dairy products.
