Ready to turn things up a notch? Test your devotion to all things hot and spicy as we embark on a culinary adventure.  With the bold, pungent and unique flavours of cuisine. Chef Tara will lead you through this exciting hot and spicy meal that is sure to make an impact. Tonight’s menu is:

 "Dan dan" Noodles (wheat noodles with pork and a spicy sesame sauce) | Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage with Chilies + Cloud Ear Mushroom and Cilantro Salad

This menu contains gluten, soy, pork, peanuts and seafood (oyster sauce)

OPTIONAL ADD-ON SIDE & DESSERT, serves 2 w/ 2 servings option ($30); serves 4 w/ 4 servings option ($60)

SIDE: Hot and Sour Soup

DESSERT: House-made almond cookies and Oolong tea

The add-ons contain soy, gluten, egg and nuts (almonds)

OPTIONAL WINE PAIRING: red or white wine (TBD), $30 per bottle
