Come warm up with the spicy, eclectic flavours of Morocco this evening with Chef Tara Rajan. Rooted in traditional, slow cooking methods and with hints of Arab, French, Spanish and Persian influence, Moroccan cuisine is nothing if not rich and complex. Tara will share with us her most favourite (and classic) dishes she experienced first hand while traveling in this exotic country. We will make;
Chicken with preserved lemon and green olive, saffron rice, and chermoula roasted (broiled) vegetables
The menu does not contain gluten, dairy, nuts, or soy.

SIDE: Potato and caper briouats (savoury pastries) with preserved lemon yogurt
DESSERT: Cinnamon-almond shortbread cookies
