Join us as we simplify and modernize traditional Indian cuisine, without sacrificing its authenticity or flavour. Chef Tara Rajan will lead you through making these wonderful vegetarian dishes that can be re-created with ease throughout the colder months. We will make;
Tamarind-glazed paneer kebabs, fresh mango chutney, basmati pilaf with cashews, and Udupi pan-roasted winter squash.
This vegetarian menu does not contain gluten or soy. It does contain dairy and nuts.
