LIVE - Online Cooking Class with Chef Tara Rajan: Thai Stir-Fries (Sunday, April 25, 5:00-6:30pm)

Hot, sour, salty, sweet… So much fragrance, so much flavour, so many textures. Thai food really can’t be beat and the popularity of our Thai-themed classes is proof positive. Tonight, Chef Tara leads through a menu that focuses on stir fries that gives that are full of flavour.  We will make;

Stir-fried chicken with lemongrass | Fried rice with cilantro and basil| Long beans with crunchy peanuts

These dishes are gluten and dairy free but contain fish (fish sauce), soy, and peanuts.

 

OPTIONAL ADD-ON SIDE & DESSERT, serves 2 w/ 2 servings option ($30); serves 4 w/ 4 servings option ($60)

SIDES: Isan grilled mushroom salad 

DESSERT: Black rice pudding with coconut and fruit garnish

The Add-Ons are vegan but contain gluten, nuts and soy

OPTIONAL WINE PAIRING: red or white wine (TBD), $30 per bottle
