LIVE - Online Cooking Class with Chef Kass Pietropaolo: Holiday Baking Menu I (Saturday, December 12, 10:00am-1:00pm)

‘Tis the season for sweet treats! Our highly anticipated holiday baking workshop is back and we are excited to join you from your own home this year. Join us for a cozy morning spent baking in the kitchen with pastry Chef extraordinaire (Kass) as we make elegant sugar cookie snowflakes (to decorate), chocolate espresso crinkles (ball and bake), and peppermint nanaimo bars.

This best-seller seasonal workshop includes a three hour hands-on virtual workshop, all pre-scaled ingredients, cookie cutters, parchment and piping bags, all recipes and equipment lists. This class yields 2 dozen of each recipe (all nut-free). Tools that are not supplied for this class and is required for you to have to hand include: 8x8 or 9x9 cake pan, 2-4 baking trays, rolling pin, standmixer or hand beater. 

OPTIONAL ADD-ON (LUNCH): Squash and goat cheese quiche (heat & serve) and Fieldless Salad Greens w/ maple mustard vinaigrette and toasted seeds, $18

OPTIONAL WINE PAIRING: Cave Spring Chardonnay or Pinot Noir (375ml), $12 per bottle
