Enjoy the romantic notion of holiday baking, but you’d rather just focus on the finishing touches? This class is here for you! Enjoy a fun and leisurely afternoon with Chef Kassandra learning and trying your hand at various decorating techniques on a variety of pre-cut and baked cookies.
Participants will take home 2 dozen of three types of cookies (72 total), including classic gingerbread, sugar cookies and chocolate sugar cookies. Participants will work with royal icing and learn finer decorating tips using food colour, sprinkles and having access to equipment for different techniques. We’ll break for a social and enjoy a Seed to Sausage charcuterie & cheese board, served with Corner Peach Sourdough and accompaniments with a toast of wine, or Odd Bird (a liberated free-from alcohol beverage).
This 3 hour decorating class includes instruction, a mid afternoon spread, and up to 2 glasses of wine (or other) per participant.
