LIVE - Online Cooking Class with Chef Tara Rajan: Indian Vegetarian for Valentines Day (Sunday, February 13, 5:00-6:30 pm)

Rich spices, fragrant flavours, an abundance of vegetables ... Who needs meat when you're eating Indian?  Tonight's class is all about simple, flavourful dishes that you and your loved one can make with ease at home - perfect for vegetarians and Indian lovers alike.  Chef Tara will guide us as we make:

butter paneer, saffron rice pilaf, and fennel and apple “chaat” salad with caramelized almonds

This menu contains dairy and nuts.  It does not contain meat, gluten, egg, or soy products

OPTIONAL ADD-ON SIDE & DESSERT, serves 2 w/ 2 servings option ($30); serves 4 w/ 4 servings option ($60)

SIDE: Spiced creamy squash soup

DESSERT: Gulab jamun (Indian beignets in heavy syrup)

OPTIONAL WINE PAIRING: red or white wine (TBD), $30 per bottle
