Join Chef Tara Rajan for a gastronomic tour exploring and sampling cuisines of Vietnam and Thailand. While the flavours may be complex, the preparation doesn’t need to be. With Chef Tara’s guidance, you will create this delicious dish that is guaranteed to add some excitement and intrigue to your at-home cooking. Together we’ll make:
pork satays with a sweet chili dipping sauce with steamed sticky rice and a crunchy Vietnamese coleslaw
