


LIVE - Online Cooking Class with Chef Kass Pietropaolo & Lauren Hayes (The Vine Agency): Friday, January 15, 6:00-7:30pm
The second installment of our Bubbly Series (ringing in all things 2021!), we are exploring the comforting flavours of Italy. The Italians perfected traditional comfort-food classics generations ago – handcrafted cuisine made from simple ingredients and a back-to-the basics approach to preparation. Chef Kass leads the way with rustic Italian dishes that you can recreate again and again at home. In this class we include a special wine pairing presented by Lauren Hayes from the Vine Agency as participants will enjoy a ‘tutored tasting’ of Mosole 2019 Prosecco ‘Extra Dry’ (Trevisio, Italy). Once you pop the cork, you can sip and savour as you cook along with Chef Kass:
