LIVE - Online Cooking Class with Chef Kass Pietropaolo & Lauren Hayes (The Vine Agency): Friday, January 22, 6:00-7:30pm

The third and final installment in our Bubbly + Cooking series we play homage to our local roots and focus on flavours found in our own regional backyard. Chef Kass has built a comforting and delicious menu that brings you closer to the producers and farmers of the amazing Ottawa region.  In this class we include a special wine pairing presented by Lauren Hayes from the Vine Agency, and here Lauren has selected a perfect local pairing to enjoy with this hearty regional meal - Cave Spring Cellars NV Blanc de Blancs Brut (Niagara, Canada) .  Pop the cork and cook along with Chef Kass while we make:
