A decadent meal tastes so much better when you’ve earned it. And a day on the slopes – or out in the snow – definitely counts as earning it. Rich, warm flavours, a cozy red wine, a roaring fire and a few laughs are the ultimate reward. On this night Chef Anna will tempt our savoury and sweet palates with two classic “après ski” dishes perfect for tucking into after a day outside in the cold open-air:

classic cheese fondue (white wine, emmental & sharp cheddar) | gem potatoes | broccoli | focaccia | sausage | pears and a sweet ending: maple baked pudding chomeur

OPTIONAL ADD-ON SIDE & DESSERT, serves 2 w/ 2 servings option ($30); serves 4 w/ 4 servings option ($60)

SIDE: Fieldless Greens with maple dijon vinaigrette

DESSERT: Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
