Ring in 2021 with this fun and festive bubbly cooking series! Bubbles are a perfect pairing to just about any cuisine or type of food and shouldn’t just be saved for a special occasion. Kick off the New Year in style as we explore three types of sparkling wine in this food and wine series. The first workshop in this special series, we travel to France. There is no better way than to embrace winter with plenty of warmth and coziness, and tonight’s French Bistro-inspired meal does just that.  In this class we include a special wine pairing presented by Lauren Hayes from the Vine Agency - Champagne Collet NV Brut, Ay (Champagne France).  It's an exquisite wine to be enjoyed to mark a special occasion - or simply, just because! In the kitchen we'll be making:

beef wellington | glazed carrots, pearl onions & pomme duchesse (premade)
