The mezze-style spread, small plates, dips, and salads meant to be shared as an appetizer course or light meal—is common throughout Morocco and a perfect way to eat on those hot summer days. Join us tonight as Chef Tara guides you through making her top three mezze favourites:

Breiks (phyllo pastries) stuffed with Potatoes and Capers and Preserved Lemon Yogurt | Chickpea-Eggplant Zaalouk (a cooked salad or spread) | North African Cucumber-Tomato Salad

This menu is vegetarian but contains dairy and gluten.
