The beautiful spice island of Sri Lanka is a rich melting pot of cuisines, with South Indian, Indonesian, and Dutch influences, and an abundance of fresh produce and exotic spices that combine to create distinctly unique flavours. Join Chef Tara, as she guides us through a vibrant and welcoming menu and make;

chili pork curry; steamed red rice; cabbage mallum (cooked cabbage and coconut salad).
