Thai cuisine always hits the spot-on chilly nights and this week we are going vegetarian! Put a new spin in your weekly repertoire with three recipes that will be a sure-fire welcome addition to your cooking schedule. Join Chef Tara in the Corner Peach kitchen with a sweet, salty and savoury fresh Thai menu! Participants will arrive to enjoy Thai corn fritters with a sweet chili dipping sauce, and then move on to make: Chiang Mai curry paste (with extra to take home!), Chiang Mai noodles with tofu and a spicy Napa cabbage salad with peanuts. We will end the night on a sweet note with a rotating dessert from the Corner Peach kitchen. Please note the cost is per person.
