LIVE - Online Cooking Class with Chef Tara Rajan: Indian Vegan (Sunday, March 7, 5-6:30pm)

One of the best things about Asian cuisine is how well it accommodates those with special diets and food preferences. No dairy, no meat? When it comes to Indian, no problem! Tonight, Chef Tara introduces a host of healthful and flavourful recipes that will surely become dinnertime staples.

We’ll make:

tamarind chickpeas with seasonal greens; millet vegetable pilaf; masala okra (spiced stirfried okra). 

THESE DISHES ARE GLUTEN-FREE AND VEGAN AND CONTAIN NO NUTS OR SOY

OPTIONAL ADD-ON SIDE & DESSERT, serves 2 w/ 2 servings option ($30); serves 4 w/ 4 servings option ($60)

SIDE: pepper cashews and tomato-fennel chutney to enjoy with your meal

DESSERT: vegan chai-spiced gingersnaps
