This class is not to be missed! Southern cooking is the ultimate in down-home comfort food, offering up texture and flavour combinations that will leave you asking for seconds…and likely thirds. Chef Kyle MacNeil has covered all the bases with this menu and will guide you in preparing a meal to remember, dream about after, and make time and time again. Together we’ll be making:

Chicken and Biscuits | Buttermilk Biscuits | Chicken and Roasted Garlic Ragout | Fieldless Greens with Grainy Mustard Vinaigrette
