North Africa (the Maghreb) is a region famous for vibrant flavours and exotic spices. North African repertoire features many scrumptious specialties that you’ll explore with Chef Tara’s guidance. Upon arrival participants will nosh on briouats (savoury pastries) stuffed with potatoes and olives and served with preserved lemon yogurt. Guests will then prepare a flavourful and delicious dinner of roast chicken with apricots with toasted almond couscous, and a spicy carrot salad with harissa (which you’ll make from scratch, with extra to bring home!). We will end the night on a sweet note with a rotating dessert from the Corner Peach kitchen. Please note the cost is per person.
