The Hindu festival of Diwali falls on November 12, and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious Indian vegetarian meal? Guests will prepare butter paneer with a creamy tomato-cashew sauce, and roasted broccoli with almonds and cardamom. The meal will be served with Chef Tara’s basmati rice pilaf with cashews. Guests will start the evening with vegetable samosas with tamarind chutney, also prepared by Chef Tara. We will end the night on a sweet note with a rotating dessert from the Corner Peach kitchen. Dietary considerations: this menu contains nuts and dairy. The dessert may contain egg, gluten and dairy.
