Roasted Brussel sprouts & apples and brown butter, mixed mushroom & pecan phyllo bundles with a Marsala cream sauce and sweet potato puree (premade to reheat)
This vegetarian menu contains dairy, nuts, and gluten. It does not contain soy.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON SIDE & DESSERT, serves 2 w/ 2 servings option ($30); serves 4 w/ 4 servings option ($60)
SIDE: Fieldless mixed greens with maple cider vinaigrette
DESSERT: Orange sticky pudding with caramel sauce
