Who can resist the savoury combination of delicate and earthy mushrooms and fresh cream? Now add comforting savoury meatballs into the mix and you have a weekend comfort food classic. Chef Devin will walk participants through mushroom identification using a variety and selection from Le Coprin out of Farrelton, Quebec. Christophe is THE mushroom farmer of the region! Tonight’s meal will be paired with delectable bourbon cranberry compote and fresh veg. Tonight’s class will focus on sauce making, preserving and roasting to achieve the tender juicy results.
