Feel the warmth of the late summer sun as we take a trip to Spain’s coast this evening and make a crowd-pleasing seafood and chorizo paella with roasted tomato gazpacho and garlic espelette lemon aioli. Tonight’s class techniques focus on: roasting, emulsification, rice cookery, and blending.
