WEEKLY PREPARED MEAL (2 PORTIONS)
Starter: endive + arugula salad, creamy buttermilk + dill dressing, candied almonds, shaved apple, pickled fennel
Main: duck confit tourtieres, red wine demi-glace, Quebec ketchup
Side: white bean cassoulet, pommery mustard
Side: maple-roasted heirloom carrots + parsnip
Dessert: maple pudding chomeur, maple pecan crunch.
We deliver to homes in the Ottawa region 1 day a week, typically between the hours of 11:30am - 3:30pm (on Thursdays). It is imperative that if you're not home to receive your delivery that you leave us a cooler to keep your food protected from the weather.
Unfortunately no dietary modifications can be made at this time.
