Back by popular demand, a Mediterranean inspired menu featuring the flavours of north Africa and the middle east. What’s not to love about pomegranates, cumin, zaatar, and lemons? Chef Tara’s menu tonight will bring together these flavours and ingredients as guests prepare cumin-crusted chicken breasts topped with a pomegranate molasses drizzle, chermoula-spiced roasted vegetables and a herbed bulgur salad. Chef will serve her zesty fava bean dip with zaatar-seasoned pita chips as a starter. Dessert, prepared by the urban element kitchen, will feature some of the flavours and inspirations of tonight’s menu.
