In 2013, Urban Element formed an agreement with St. Paul University to oversee their food service program. Students and faculty access café the urban located on campus at 223 Main Street. Conferences and meetings for groups of 10 to 350 people are hosted at St. Paul University and catered by a dedicated Urban Element staff led by chef Sarah Allen and her culinary team.
