We’re deep into January, holiday season is long past, and we’re craving a reason to celebrate. Time for a date night! A chance to get out of the house, try some new dishes or techniques, or just cook together, this evening’s elegant and accessible menu makes for a memorable night out. Chef Tara will serve her creamy red lentil and roasted pepper soup to start. Guests will then head into the Corner Peach kitchen to make roast Cornish hen with apricots, a saffron-infused couscous brightened with barberries, and Brussels sprouts with brown butter. For dessert, chef will serve her elegant chocolate-coconut milk crème brûlée.
