June 22: Fast Asian Stir-Fries

With the heat of the summer approaching (or maybe already upon us), here’s a menu that is packed with flavour without hours in a sweltering kitchen.  An intriguing, fragrant blend of sweet and spicy, robust and tangy flavours, Chef Tara’s menu will leave your taste buds (and your tummy) happy!  After a starter of chef’s mixed vegetable salad with tamarind-chili vinaigrette, you’ll be frying up: charred green beans with pickled radish and peanuts, and Singapore (rice) noodles with tofu.  We’ll end with a fitting urban element sweet treat.

Dietary considerations: this vegetarian menu contains peanuts and soy.  The dessert may contain gluten, egg, dairy and nuts.
