Kick the start of March Break off on the right note by spending a leisurely Sunday with Pastry Chef Felix Larocque. Participants will have a chance to hone their baking skills in this 6-hour masterclass. Participants will spend the morning portion making their own red velvet cake with a cream cheese buttercream and vanilla pastry cream filling. After a lunch of focaccia pizza, crudites and dip & a sweet treat, the group will dive into some savoury recipes, learning to make a pizza dough variety – ham and cheese pinwheels, and no-fuss pretzels. Suitable for ages 10 to 13.
