Tonight’s menu features ever-popular street foods and finger foods from southeast Asia. Part of the class will prepare pork satays with a chili-lime dipping sauce, and a sweet and spicy Singapore salad. Another group of guests will prepare curried chicken satays with a pineapple chutney, and a crisp Asian slaw. We’ll serve these treats with chef Tara’s fried jasmine rice with herbs. On arrival, guests will enjoy Chef Tara’s crispy vegetable dumplings. We will end the night on a sweet note with a rotating dessert from the urban element repertoire.
